though although用法和区别例句，现详细讲解如下：

1. though/although，连词，表示“虽然”，可引导让步状语从句

--although 与though两者常可换用； 

--although 较正式，语气较强。though更常用，多用于口语。

Though/Although it was cold, we went out for a walk. 

虽然天气寒冷，但是我们出去散步了。

He seems healthy though/ although he is over 100 years old.

虽然他已经有100多岁了，但是他看起来健康。

I didn't agree with him although/though I didn't say so at the time.

虽然当时我没有说出来，但是我和他持不同意见。

2. though/although引导的从句，可置于主句前或后

从句在主句前时，常用逗号隔开。从句在后时，也可用逗号隔开，也可不用逗号隔开。

Although/Though they were hungry, they didn’t eat anything. 

= They didn't eat anything although/ though they were hungry.

虽然他们饿了，但是他们不吃东西。

John is a lovely boy, though he often annoys her.

though也可放在句中

3. although／though引导的让步状语从句不能与but，however同时连用，但可与“yet 然而”，“still仍然”连用。

Although/Though he is in poor health, but he keeps on working. （×）

Although/Though he is in poor health, he still keeps on working. （√）

Although/Though he is in poor health, yet he keeps on working. （√）

虽然他身体不好，但是他仍然继续工作。

Though she's almost 90, she still plans to travel.

虽然她几乎90岁了，她仍然计划旅行。

4. even though 即使 , 语气比although/though更强

even although （×）

Even though I don’t like her, I can still be polite. 

虽然我不喜欢她，但是我仍可以礼貌相待。

5. 拓展：

1）though在让步从句中，可用于倒装，although则不可

Old though he is, he is very strong.

虽然他老，但是他非常强壮。

Tired though she was, she kept on running.

虽然她累了，但是她继续跑步。

Strange though it may seem, she is fond of  football.

虽然看起来可能有些奇怪，但是她喜欢足球。

2）though还可作副词，意为“但是、然而”，位于句末（though前可有逗号，可没有逗号）

这不容易。但是我会尽我所能。
