no more than，not more than有什么区别？
no more than表示“仅仅”、“只有”(=only)，强调少；
而not more than表示“不多于”、“至多”(=at most)。
no more than表示对两者都否定，意为“同……一样不”(＝neither...nor)；
而not more than指两者虽都具有某种特征，但程度不同，意为“不如”、“不及”(=not so...as)。

二、用法不同
1、no more than：no用作副词可表示拒绝或否定的回答，表示“不，不是”。no作“毫不，一点儿也不”解时，常用于修饰形容词或副词的比较级形式，表示相反的意思，no还可用于表示惊奇或发生不幸时发出的惨呼。
2、not more than：not后可接动词的非限定形式，动词不定式、动名词或分词。在复合句中常可将not置于主语的谓语动词之前，而不放在从句中，这称之为转移否定。
